  Awful company - complete fix! One night drive kept Night Driving score at Very Poor for two months until 4 month check and then suddenly changed to Very Good immediately after!
  I went with them as my daughter had just started driving and I thought as we are careful drivers (or could learn to be!), it would be cheaper. They score on 6 areas of driving: Speed, Night driving, Congestion, Braking, Short trips, Familiarity. They go from Excellent, Very Good, Poor, Very Poor and contribute to overall score. If your overall score is higher than the base score after 4 and 8 months, they refund some of your premium.
  After about a month, all our areas were Excellent or Very Good. I drove home from a concert once after 11pm in March and suddenly went from Excellent to Very Poor! This stayed same until I complained 2 months later - was told Yes we can see you have only been out once but it will still affect your premium! Stayed on Very Poor until my 4 month check on 17/5/14 and then the day after my night drive score went back to Very Good - fix or what?!
  Have threatened to go to FOS and manager contacted me saying she was so sorry and looking in to it - get straight back to me. Two weeks later have heard nothing so I have sent off my complaint to FOS - see what they can say to justify that!
